Anyone got any bad habits? Yes, we're all guilty of smoking and drinking too much, tardiness, generally lazing around and playing far too loud.
What's the band's history so far? Marc, Jim and Ewan met and formed the band around christmas time 1997, almost straight away they were writing original material and it was obvious to all involved, including the fans, that this would be a long term commitment which every one of us has remained faithful to, with members virtually turning into family. Soon after the material was written Forenzic took to stage and have been gigging as many times as they could since. One of the few problems the band has suffered with has been drummers....leaving, to date Forenzic have had three drummers or that's all they can remember, or, in incertain cases care to remember. Despite this Forenzic now have a line up they are proud of, after the seamless inclusion of Rich in November 2003 the bands sound was firmly and fully realised and has gone from strength to strength with a string of successful gigs and recordings. Style and influences? The type of music people have labelled us as ranges from "Progressive funk metal" to "Pioneering Nu-grunge", Forenzic do not really like labels so we have never really thought about it, although looking at our influences there is quite a lot of funk, metal, punk, folk and jazz which does make for quite an eclectic sound. Best moment so far? Our string of results in the Lancashire Evening Post: Battle of the Bands 2005 at the Mill in Preston. Great experience. Worst/most embarrassing moment so far? We have a rule: what happens on tour stays on tour. Hehe. Anything else we should all know about? Our website rules, check it out www.forenzic.co.uk
