Lytham Pier looks poised to be overwhelmed by vegetation, where once it was all mud. I used to love wandering out there as a kid. Ta for the picture - now I'm even more home sick.

Thank you Richard,I enjoyed looking at your photos. I spent many happy hours of my childhood in Lytham & St Anne's where we travelled to from Blackburn for holidays. I now live in Redcliffe, Queensland -another lovely place by the sea.
