Grayson received the BBC Radio Lancashire Award for guiding Blackpool back into the Championship for the first time in 29 years. He said: "I'm thoroughly privileged and honoured to get this award but it is a big team effort. "It's been a fantastic year for everybody not just myself - all the players, the staff and most notably the fans. It's been a great achievement by everybody."
