the view from the Shepherds Rest Rishton is the best in the world. A 360 panorama from Blackpool tower to the lake district hills,to yorkshire, round to Darwen and back to the cast. Fantastic

Being spooked at Lancaster Castle has to be number 1 - I visited the castle as a child on a school trip and that's what brought me back and I now live in the area. Marvellous place.
