DIY Project
Carpets

Carpet Now for the last bit. The walls are all beautifully painted and we're ready for a new carpet. Now frankly, carpet laying is not DIY, get the professionals in.

Some shops include fitting in the price, but if you can find a bargain carpet other shops will still fit it for you. A price of £4.50 per square metre is reasonable. Do an internet search to find a good deal for your project report.

Carpet comes on rolls 4 metres wide. So, you will need to buy a length of carpet 4 metres by the length of the other side of the room.

Bedroom Plan

Bedroom Plan
The area of carpet needed is

4.4m is too wide for the carpet roll, so you'll need a piece 4.4metres long.
