The Wider Key Skills Working With Others:
Hannah proved to be very good at networking and making contacts. This is very much a male dominated environment, but Hannah didn't let that bother her. She was really friendly and got on well with everyone she came into contact with. Although she was very self-reliant, her teamwork was good. She used those around her as sources of information and to answer general office or IT questions. Problem Solving:
Hannah found that she was trying to fit a large amount of work into a short time period. This called for good delegation skills. You need to be able to ask for help when time is an issue. Good time management skills are also essential if you're going to get the job done successfully. Improving Own Learning and Performance:
Hannah thought a great deal about her performance. She was able to adjust her schedule and approach accordingly. If one interview didn't give her the answers she needed, she arranged another one. She asked good questions and got the information she needed. Preparation is also vital. You need to be prepared for meetings, so it's a good idea to do all your background research and plan your questions properly. When it comes to presentations, rehearsal is important if you want to get it right and give the right impression.
