The job was all about teamwork. Martin needed to listen to the advice he was given from the presenter and from his team. Talking through the script helped him to visualise his ideas. He was also given advice on the types of shots he should be looking to get. Martin showed good leadership qualities in pulling the team together to help make his film. He was able to focus his ideas and communicate them to everyone he was working with. Problem Solving:
A producer's job is all about solving problems. You'll find yourself juggling schedules and making decisions about anything from camera angles and shot sizes to choosing locations. You need to be able to take control because those around you will be expecting you to tell them exactly what you want from them. Improving Own Learning and Performance:
This job calls for a good organizational skills. You'll be dealing with a lot of tasks, so being able to plan your time is vital. Martin listened to advice and was able to learn from his experiences to improve on his performance.
