In order to gather together the information he needed for his presentation, Halil had to work with a team of people. He worked with others to come up with good ideas. As this was his project, he was leading his team. There was a huge amount of information to deal with, so it was important to be able to delegate tasks to other members of the team. Problem solving featured high in this job. Halil needed to ask questions and take advice on how to structure his presentation and communicate the right information. Halil proved that was very good analysing his performance throughout the three days. This meant that he was able to identify where improvements needed to be made. He was organised and planned ahead, storyboarding his ideas and running through his presentation several times.
