Evidence Records Evidence records will help you to record your evidence and guide your assessor to where they can find it. You can download some examples of Evidence Records that we've put together for ICT Level 2. These are examples, which you can adapt and use yourselves. However, yours don't need to look exactly like this. The design isn't important. What is important is that they help to guide you, your tutor and your assessor to where your work is filed. Your tutor/teacher may also provide you with blank record sheets to fill in and include in your portfolio.
