Take part | | | | | | | |  | | | | Wonderful, and well done Helena and your son. In 1996 I was involved in a motor accident near Cliffe Woods which nearly took my life. Thanks to quick thinking locals, and the emergency services (all or them), I survived. But, during the trauma, I lost lots of blood, and thanks to the NHS and doners, I came through, and I am still healthy. Soon after, I started giving blood, and haven't looked back. If anyone hasen't given blood, go along to your nearest center, and give a pint. You never know when you may just need some yourself.
