CONSTABLE ELECTION |
| There are two candidates for Constable of St Peter. Collin Egre Collin Egre has served two terms as a Deputy for St Peter and is continuing a family tradition of serving the parish. He said after leaving a career in the Royal Air Force he had his sights set on parish politics. If he's elected he wants to continue and develop the way the parish system runs. He'd also like to maintain the community within the parish and says he'll carry out his duty in the States and do his best for the island without neglecting St Peter. Download mp3 manifesto John Refault John Refault has served in honourary positions within the Parish for more than 30 years. He says he wanted to take on the role of Constable for the benefit of the community. He said constable was an important job and that it needed someone good to run the parish business. Mr Refault believes his experience of working in the civil service means he knows the States inside out and comes with right the range of skills to be a good Constable. He added he was totally dedicated to the parish and won't seek another role in politics if he's unsuccessful in the election next month - he just wants to serve his parish community.
