Comment: Barbara Jinny Taylor from Goole: This was an inspiring performance produced from the bosom of perfection. Iwould love to see this as a film short, broadcast on national tv for the delight of the nation, it has really added another level of thought in my mind when Iwatch the Rocky Horror Show. Editor: Many of our films are shown on national TV. Find out more

Strange Journey. By Sarah Austin-Clarke. Please tell us about yourself I am nearly thirty (eek!), single, and have lived in Goole since I was nine for 20 years or so.
I love to read, make greeting cards, meet famous people, just authors so far and listen to music. Though obviously not all at the same time.
I have been writing fiction all my life and would love to be published. Of course I would have to actually write my novel first.
I am chairperson of the local writers' group which may sound glamorous. Basically it means I do the paperwork and book the room. Still, it can be a lot of fun, and I did volunteer for the post.
I live in a flat which can only be described as organised chaos, an oxymoron I know, but the contradiction is so typically me!
What's your story about? The Rocky Horror Show and me. How the two things seem to correlate with each other. It is also about not judging people by appearance.
If a stranger was to look at a picture of the 'normal' Sarah would they suspect the darker side of my personality? Or would they judge me by external appearance and dismiss me as inconsequential?
We all make snap decisions about people by the way they look or talk, and my story is about looking beneath the surface layer to discover the real person behind the mask. You may be surprised. At least I hope you will. Why did you choose to tell this particular story? When we had our story circle everyone else had such serious tales to tell. Even the more light-hearted of them had serious elements. I wanted to do something different, something more entertaining and unexpected.
"Strange Journey" seemed to fit the bill completely. It is fun, rude, unexpected and had everything a serious story would not have.
It was great fun to do and I think everyone involved in its making would agree.
I will admit I have had some funny looks from people whilst making it, but I think it expresses my lighter, yet dark side to a tee.
Digital Storytelling has been a fantastic project to be involved in.
I have learnt loads and found all aspects of the process fascinating. From the first draft to the final film being shown on the last day. Will watching television ever be the same? No, at least not for me. Before doing this course I took TV for granted. I never appreciated how much work goes into editing and producing each and every programme.
So now, my 'Strange journey' continues. Play the film
