I love being outdoors and close to nature, and travelling to places of interest by train.
But equally it depresses me how so much of nature's peace and beauty is spoilt by mankind's need to rush about with noise and fumes.
I feel a forgotten aspect of public transport is that it enables us to take life more at a more leisurely pace. What's your story about?
A group of people coming together to raise awareness of a local under-used rural railway service by running all sorts of exciting events on the trains. Why did you choose to tell this particular story?
To share the fun of what my group has been doing and to show that if you want something to be put right it is no use moaning from an armchair, but far better to act positively about it.
