My name is Richard Jenkins,i reside in Clara, Co.Offaly,Ireland. I am married with 5 children ranging in age from 45 to 40. I retired 6 years ago after spending 34 years in the Irish forces where i reached the rank of R.S.M. My father Michael served in the British army during ww2, he was born on the 15th April 1912 and died on the 17th Aptil 1964. I have no idea as to what regiment be belonged. I have in my possession his 5 medals which he left me when he died. I would be very grateful if any of your visitors could help me in tracing his regiment
