Platform1 is a community learning centre in Islington, London.

We have registered on this site so that our students can look at the BBC People's War project easily and contribute their stories if they want. If our students enjoy the site and think they would like to regularly contribute stories or messages we recommend they register individually to get the most out of the site.

We hope a lot of our learners will be inspired to tell their WWII stories, and look forward to reading them.
