As my brother Sgt Pilot Stanley ANDREW of 46 Squadron was killed in the Battle of Britain I am a member of The Battle of Britain Historical Society and arrange their School Memorial Plaques.

Also my brother was on Aircraft Carrier HMS Glorious when they went to Norway in May 1940.
He was not on Glorious when sunk by the German Battle Cruisers on June 8th but over 1500 men from Glorious, and Destroyers HMS Ardent and Acasta, including 18 members of RAF Squadrons 46 and 263, were lost at sea.

I attend the Memorial Services organised by the association GLARAC
