(continued)We ssailed from Sigapre up the straits of Mallaca to Achea province where the Japanese were wating to board as they were beng attacked by a gurrila force of local tribesmen.
We disarmed the prisoners and we returned to Singapore where the prisoners were sent to Changi \Gaol where they were interogated for suspected war crimes.
Some of the Japs were found to have been invloved in war crimes and if found guiltywere hanged in the confines of Changi Gaol
Later we were to be involved in the guarding of these prisoners prior to their execution, we also trasported the prisoners back & forward to the Supreme court for their trials.
