During a night raid, a Heinkel 111 Bomber was shot down.
A crew member was taken prisoner by the local guard. He was taken to a local house and given tea and toast ... He was very upset and frightened.
The army took him to a POW camp. Whatever happened to him, I don't know. I thought he would be put to work on the nearby farm like most of the POWs were.
