I was 7 years old,when www2 started,I
can recall my father. telling my mother, that as he was a freelance in the Merchant Navy, he had to rely upon ships if there are no ships,he could not have a steady income,so he suggested,they would have, to have two
naval officers from Malta, as tenants
in our house.
