| | Ever fancied yourself as a photographer?
Capturing those great moments in everyday life - or even snapping celebrities looking glam?
Well, now's your chance.
BBC Hereford and Worcester is launching a unique competition this month, for BBC Children in Need.
The theme of the competition is "Life in My Place" - we want your photo of what's special to you, in your part of the world, whether that be family, friends, neighbours - just about anything.
And it's not even about how good you are with the latest digital camera - we want your photo taken on a single use camera.
So it is - as they say - a level playing field.
We've come up with a special Pudsey camera just for competition entries - it costs £6.99, which includes processing, and by entering the competition you'll be donating at least £1 to BBC Children in Need. There are two competitions, under twelves and over twelves with no upper age limit so even your Grandad has a chance to enter.
But beware, you need to take your photographs, process them and send them into the BBC to be received by no later than 5pm on 5th November 2004. For full details on how to enter visit the main Children in Need site. When you've sent your picture in don't forget to keep checking back to our photo gallery to see if your picture has made the shortlist of Children in Need images in your area. |
