I think the cathedral. Because its an important part of what makes Worcester a 'city', and is an intrinsic part of its identity. With its open space, it also contributes an important green 'lung' in an area often filled with cars. Very few modern buildings are ever likely to be as well 'decorated' or constructed any more due to spiralling build costs (and indeed architectural fashion) and as a result, the best buildings in the city are more likely to be some of the oldest.

Don't forget College Hall, the Chapter House, the Cathedral or the Commandery.

Definately Eld Hall of the Worcester Royal Grammar School and obviously the Guildhall and the Crown COurt are among the best buildings in Worcester, and also the Old Palace near the cathedral.. Worcester Royal Grammar school has some great buildings.

Berkley's Hospital is a gem. Beautiful architecture and a little haven of peace of the busiest street in the City. It gets my vote.
