In the world famous book town of Hay on Wye in Herefordshire, lies a B&B like no other. 

After the breakfast has been cleared away and the beds made, the landlady Dawn Farnworth puts up a metal pole in her farmhouse kitchen and practises her pole dancing. 

Her motto is "bacon and egg by day, pole dancing by night". 

For Dawn it's a fitness regime like any other, but she's only too aware of its sleazy image. 

At the dance classes she attends in Hereford, at the specialist school Pure Pole, Dawn's just one of a growing number of women having tremendous fun whilst keeping in shape!
