See video footage of the incident that resulted in James Constable's red card...

James Constable received his marching orders during the Kidderminster Harriers match against Oxford United on Saturday 24 November.

There's a big question mark though by many people over whether a foul was actually committed?

It was an off-the-ball incident, and we have video footage for you to see:

Harriers' chairman Barry Norgrove wants a personal FA hearing after the club failed in their appeal against James Constable's dismissal.

Constable faces a three-match ban after the FA upheld the red card he received in last week's home defeat by Oxford.

But the Blue Square Premier club now wants to take the matter further.

"Due to the disappointment the club feels at the decision a meeting with an FA official will be requested to discuss it," a club statement said.

It's clear to see if you put it on zoom that the only arm that comes up is that of the Oxford player when he falls... Disgraceful.
