Results from the Vale District in the 2008 Election declared at 23:57 on Wednesday 23 April. Elected Deputies and number of votes:Matt Fallaize 2,322 Unsuccessful Candidates and number of votes:Brian De Jersey 1,232 3,392 or 60.06% of voters on the electoral roll turned out to vote. Four of the five standing deputies were re-elected to the house with Brian de Jersey losing his seat. First time candidate Matt Fallaize topped the poll and will be joined in the chamber by newcomers Tony Spruce and Andrew Le Lievre.
