Results from the South East District in the 2008 Election declared at 00:15 on Thursday 24 April. Elected Deputies and number of votes:Charles Parkinson 2,256 Unsuccessful Candidates and number of votes:Vanessa Crispini-Adams 1,174 2868 or 57% of voters on the electoral roll turned out to vote. A total of 13,231 votes were cast. All four standing deputies were re-elected to the house and will be joined by first time candidates Robert Sillars and Mike Hadley.
