Election 2008

You are in: Guernsey > States of Guernsey > Election 2008 > Graham Guille

Graham Guille

Graham Guille.

Graham Guille

Graham Guille is a candidate standing for election in the Vale parish.

Dear Parishioner You are shortly going to be asked to elect those who will represent you in the next assembly of the States.

Those you select will have the task of resolving some of the most difficult and complex issues this island has faced in its history. To be successful in that task they will need experience, an intimate knowledge of the issues involved and most importantly, courage. The courage to take the right decisions, not just the popular ones.

The next House is going to see an unprecedented number of new members, many with little experience of government. I am standing as someone with a proven track record since entering the States in 2003.

• The Horticulture Committee
• Gambling Control Committee
• The House Committee
• The Home Department
• Chairman-Gambling Legislation Review Sub Group
• Environment Department Waste Criteria Group
• The Policy Council Energy Group
• The Parochial Rates Review Committee
• The Treasury & Resources Department
• Alderney Commercial Quay Project Board
• Integrated Waste Management Project Board
• Guernsey Delegate - British / Irish Parliamentary Assembly
• In the past five years I have at the same time undertaken a considerable constituency caseload
• I am now serving in my 10th year as your Douzenier

Electors in the Vale have a tradition of choosing wisely.

Please continue that tradition on the 23 of April.
