The Let It Beatles

Guernsey's only Beatles tribute act who play the Fab Four's tunes from their very early days right up to their split.

Who Are They?

Matt Nichols: Lead vocals and guitar

Scott Guilbert: Backing vocals and guitar

Tom Claxton:Bbacking vocals and bass

Seb Grand: Backing vocals and piano

Josh Cottam: Drums

Band History

The band have been best friends for years and have been playing all different kinds of music together from jazz to metal.

When 3 of them returned for the summer from university they decided to make a new project, which they decided would be a Beatles cover band.

They practiced like crazy for three weeks and began gigging and so far they've had a very positive response.

The Future

With three of them being at university they find it hard to say what the future has in store for. But they are going to be playing some more shows over Christmas when they are all back in Guernsey and they hope to keep playing together whenever they can.

Their Favourite Gig

Scott said: "I think it's got to be our debut gig at the Wicked Wolf.

"We didn't know what to expect but the place was packed with friends, family and Beatles lovers. We had an amazing response and everyone had a great night, it couldn't have gone better."
