Well, whatever your routine, it is not complete without Gary Burgess on your radio. That way you can be sure to start your day in the right frame of mind, and with everything you need to know.

From the day's big stories, to some of the other goings on that will put a smile on your face, this is your one-stop-shop each weekday from 0700 to 0930 on BBC Guernsey.

Gary is your host, with a whole team working alongside him to wake you up in the best possible way!

Simon Alexander has the latest news at 0700, 0730, 0800 and 0830, as well as headline summaries at 0715, 0745, 0815 and 0845. In other words, if you are a bit busy in the morning, you are never more than 15 minutes away from the day's main news stories.

Eddie Parks out in the Radio Car

Eddie Parks is the man who helps keep Guernsey moving with the latest travel news, live from the BBC Guernsey radio car, in the morning rush at 0708, 0736, 0808 and 0836.

Simon De La Rue, Simon Fairclough or Jack Mabire will be at the helm of the sports desk with all the action, whether it is in the Bailiwick or somewhere far flung, so that you do not miss a thing. Catch updates at 0747 and 0847.

And then there are the broadcast assistants who work hard behind the scenes (or at least that is what they tell us) to make sure everything that should be appearing on the show, happens on time... and that Gary's demands for "a coffee, white with one" are met on an all too regular basis!
