For several days in July thousands of households in Gloucestershire were without running water as a result of the horrendous flooding. Engineers worked round the clock to get the Mythe treatment works near Tewkesbury working again after it was put out of action. At the height of the troubles around 350,000 people were affected. Over the last few months, Severn Trent has been hosting a number of 'drop in' events to get feedback from those who suffered. The next drop-in session is being held in... Winchcombe - Wednesday 17 OctoberSevern Trent Water invites you to talk about the recent flooding incident leading to loss of water supply in the Winchcombe area. They are holding an early evening 'drop in' event where you can to talk to the ST Water staff in person about the incident, from its causes and management to the lessons and actions taken from it. The event will be held on Wednesday 17 October at: The Abbeyfields Centre, Winchcombe, 4pm-7.30pmTea and coffee will be provided.
