Jerky indie pop
Formed in 2009 by a merger of two local Bristol bands, Out Like A Lion have quickly gone from strength to strength. When they played the BBC Introducing Christmas party in 2009 alongside The Temper Trap and Florence and the Machine, no-one would have guessed it was the first time the band had ever performed together on stage, such was their confidence. It was a similar story at Glastonbury, the band's youthful cheekiness quickly winning over the crowd.
