Agastache is an upright perennial with fragrant, grey-green aromatic leaves and short spikes of soft pale purple-blue flowers that bloom in summer. This is a short-lived plant grow it in beds and borders where it suits a cottage/informal style or in a gravel garden as ground cover. The flowers are popular with bees and other insects making this plant a good choice for a wildlife garden too.
