'Maxim' is a June fruiting strawberry cultivar that, as the name suggests, produces unusually large fruit that is close to the size of a small peach. It produces one crop of fruit per year early in the season. Five-petaled white flowers with yellow centres appear on the plants in early spring and give way to large red berries, which mature in late spring to early summer.
