'Honeybun' is a miniature or patio rose, with rosette-shaped double orange flowers, which stand smartly out against the healthy green foliage. The blooms continue throughout summer, petering out in the autumn, and finally halted by the first frosts. Orange can appear feeble in the midsummer, midday sun, but is particularly effective in early evening as the light starts to fade, and in the autumn sun, when it gains an extra glow. Give a light prune in February for shape.
