The rose of 2006, 'Champagne Moment' (Korvanaber) is a floribunda variety, producing clusters of pale ivory coloured flowers with a delicate apricot centre. These fade to a pale pink with age. It flowers profusely throughout the summer months and the dark green, glossy foliage shows good disease resistance. As an added bonus the blooms also have a sweet fragrance. Plants will benefit from regular deadheading to encourage them to produce further blooms. Prune plants in autumn or early spring, removing dead, diseased, or damaged growth and reducing healthy shoots by about half to encourage new growth. Always cut to just above a healthy outward facing bud to encourge even growth. After pruning, apply a rose fertiliser and mulch around the plant.
