IN A NUTSHELL...

The Story: It's five years since Aardman's last movie (Chicken Run), and this outing for the company's iconic characters has itself been three years in the making - originally under the title The Vegetable Plot. The voice cast for the claymation creatures' big-screen debut includes Ralph Fiennes, Helena Bonham Carter, Peter Kay and - of course! - Peter Sallis.
Useless Fact: The original Wallace and Gromit figures were stolen from Nick Park's suitcase in 1998. They were only returned after Aardman put out a plea stating that if they weren't given back, there would be no more Wallace and Gromit movies.
