Julian Richards

The Last Horror Movie

Interviewed byAdrian Hennigan

“Why do we stop every day to see the degree of decomposition?”

Welsh director Julian Richards ponied up 50 grand of his own money to make The Last Horror Movie, a smart and efficient serial killer chiller about Max, a middle-class charmer (played by Kevin Howarth) with murder in mind and video recorder in hand. It's his third movie, following on from 1996 debut Darklands and 2002 thriller Silent Cry.
