Yesterday, we left you with Mick Jagger strutting his stuff in an empty Croke Park now 64-year-old actor John Travolta has been showing that he's still got some moves too, on stage alongside rapper 50 Cent.

All be it "drunk uncle dancing at a wedding" moves.

The Pulp Fiction, Saturday Night Fever and Grease actor was inexplicably invited on stage by the hip hop star and former Bitcoin enthusiast, at the Cannes film festival.

Earlier in the evening, Travolta had been strutting the red carpet with Fiddy and his family, en route to the premiere of new crime drama movie Gotti.

As you can see, the rap star slipped into something more comfortable to perform whereas JT was happy to trip the light fantastic in his tux.

It's his second bizarre public appearance of recent weeks after he joined Foo Fighters on stage, briefly, to wave at the crowd then walk off.

    Kanye WestImage source, Reuters

Rapper-cum-philosopher Kanye West has been buried away in the studio over the past few weeks, working on his new album.

So far we've heard previews of two new tracks; firstly Ye vs The people, on which the Chicago rapper argues in favour of his "brother" Donald Trump, over a sample of motown legends The Four Tops.

And secondly; Lift Yourself, which saw the rapper spit out genius verses like; "Poopy-di scoop / Scoop-diddy-whoop."

Now he's treated us to a drum loop, which you can sample below.

Looks like the "kids" have got more work done than "Ye", if the white board is anything to go by.

While Dua Lipa is out enjoying (and almost live bloggin) her holiday with her pals, the rest of us, sadly, have work to do.

Like telling you how Cardi B is the latest to come out in defence of the controversial Rita Ora song, Noel Gallagher has given his view on the new Arctic Monkeys record and some lucky devil has ended up with Kurt Cobain's classic 'unplugged' guitar.
