With the possibility that Ye and Jay could end their beef to record a follow-up to one of the great rap records of the decade (scroll down), we just don't know what to make of another feud that shows no sign of ending soon.

Cardi B's ongoing problem with Nicki Minaj turned physical over the weekend as the pair clashed at a New York Fashion Week event.

Footage posted on TMZ showed the pair trading verbal insults, with Cardi eventually throwing a red-heeled (bloody) shoe at Minaj after allegedly being elbowed in the face by a security guard.

Cardi continued her tirade on Instagram, in a post which also featured a great deal of bad language.

Cardi and Nicki could take a page out of Drake's book as he ended his own beef with fellow rapper Meek Mill at the weekend

The two rappers appeared together on stage in Boston with Drake writing on Instagram: "I'm happy that you are home and that we could find our way back to our joint purpose."

The Bros singer, who has his own show in Las Vegas, was joined by a full orchestra for a performance of his band's breakout hit When Will I Be Famous at Hyde Park on Saturday evening.

The lineup also included Josh Groban and Michael Ball, who performed This Is Me, external from one of 2018's biggest selling albums - The Greatest Showman.

Saxophonist Jess Gillamwas the indisputable highlight of Last Night, where her performance of Milhaud's Scaramouche brought the Royal Albert Hall to its feet.

It comes just two years after she made the final of BBC Young Musician, and 12 months after her Proms debut.

Christina Aguilera was the unannounced guest at Opening Ceremony’s New York fashion week show.

The singer appeared alongside several drag entertainers performing her verses from her Demi Lovato collab Fall In Line, external.

The drag queens lip synced to Demi​'s parts.

The world premiere of the new movie, which stars Rami Malek (above) as Freddie Mercury, is to be held at The SSE Arena Wembley on 23 October.

It's next door to Wembley Stadium where Queen played their now legendary set at Live Aid in 1985.

A Twentieth Century Fox UK spokesman said: "The venue is perfect for showcasing the show-stopping performances in the film."

Matty Healy and his mates will be heading out on the road in January to support their new album A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships.

In a tweet earlier they announced dates including Belfast and Dublin, and shows in Glasgow, Cardiff, Brighton plus a few more.

Back to Radio 2 Live in Hyde Park, where reinvigorated 90s girl band All Saints were among the performers.

The ladies showed off their vocal chops with an extended gospel version of their signature song, Never Ever (above).

The band were watched from the side of the stage by their children, who Natalie Appleton said, are "our best critics".

"If they don’t like something we take it on board," she said. "But they know all the words and they know all the routines."

"At least, in their own way they do," laughed her sister Nicole.

Eagle-eyed viewers may also have spotted Natalie wearing a George Michael t-shirt in tribute to the late star, who had encouraged the band in their early days.

She hadn't planned to wear it on stage, though, until the weather intervened.

"I had a dress and it’s a bit windy out there, I don’t want to spend the whole gig holding my crotch."

Little Mix, 5 Seconds of Summer and Not3s are among the performers announced for the event on 21 October.

The event will be hosted by Greg James, Maya Jama, Mollie King and several other guest presenters.

Also on the bill in London are HRVY, Jonas Blue, and YouTubers Jack & Jack.

The ceremony recognises some of the year's best music, online, sport and entertainment stars - as voted for by Radio 1 listeners.

Kanye has set hip hop fans' hearts a-flutter with a single throwaway line on Twitter which suggests a follow up to the rappers' 2011 album Watch the Throne is in the works.

The record featured guest appearances from the likes of Frank Ocean, Beyonce, Kid Cudi, Seal, Bon Iver's Justin Vernon and even posthumous vocals by Otis Redding and Curtis Mayfield.

But Ye and Jay haven't been on public speaking terms since 2016, when Yeezy launched into a 17-minute speech at a gig in Sacramento, California where he asked Jay not to have him assassinated.

Jay - for his part - recorded several Kanye disses in his acclaimed 2017 album 4:44.

Can the pair put aside their personal and political differences? (Kanye is pro-Trump, Jay definitely isn't) to make a new record?

It was one of their breakout hits but the Tennessee rockers have announced they will not play their track Misery Business live "for a long time".

The song is taken form their 2007 album Riot!

Singer Hayley Willams made the announcement, external during a performance in Nashville.

"Tonight we’re playing this song for the last time for a really long time,” Williams said in the video below.

“This is a choice that we’ve made because we feel that we should. We feel like it’s time to move away from it for a little.”

The song's lyric Once a whore, you’re nothing more, I’m sorry that’ll never change has been criticised for being anti-feminist.

Following a performance of the song at the Royal Albert hall last year, Williams said, external; "I was a 17-year-old kid when I wrote the lyrics in question and if I can somehow exemplify what it means to grow up, get information and become any shade of ‘woke,’ then that’s A-OK with me."

Bradley Cooper has paid tribute to the UK's "magical" Glastonbury music festival, where part of his upcoming film A Star is Born was shot.

"I didn't want to make a movie about music without it being an element," the actor turned director told reporters at the Toronto Film Festival on Sunday.

Cooper, 43, surprised fans in 2017 by appearing ahead of Kris Kristofferson's set on Glastonbury's Pyramid Stage.

He plays a troubled rock star in the film, which also stars Lady Gaga as a young singer who Cooper's character takes under his wing.

"Kris happened to be playing so I asked him if I could take up some of his set," Cooper said. "We had four minutes and it was unbelievable.

"I spent four days there in all and learned so much about its inner workings.

"You watch major, huge musicians still get nervous about playing on the Pyramid Stage. It's still this place of fear and beauty."

The soon-to-retire boyband gave fans a sneak preview of their farewell tour at Radio 2 in Hyde Park on Sunday, running through hits like No Matter What, Baby Can I Hold You and Love Me For A Reason.

They appeared on stage between the numbers 2 and 5, representing the number of years they've been together. But times have changed since their debut, back in the innocence of the 1990s.

"The rider used to be Jack Daniels, now it’s bottles of Fusion water," admitted Keith Duffy (although we definitely spotted them at the bar buying several pints after their performance ended).

The quartet also made sure to pay tribute to their former bandmate Stephen Gately (pictured below), who died suddenly of an undiagnosed heart condition in 2009.

"We’ve always wanted to keep his memory alive," said Keith. "We lost our brother, man, it was devastating. So to keep him involved is very important for us."

Gately even features on the band's final album, due in November, singing on the song I Can Dream, which he recorded before his death.

"We'd been in a kind of a limbo for the past few years, trying to figure out who we are and what we’re about... And we got to this stage with the help of Steo," said Ronan Keating, using the band's affectionate name for Gately.

"He’s on the album in a brand new song, which he actually wrote 17 years ago. We found it and we re-recorded it."

"There wasn’t a dry eye in the studio," added Keith. "We all cried for two hours.

"But we celebrate him now. It’s not sad any more. He was full of life. A great character."

The band's farewell tour kicks off in Cardiff in January.

The singer has now joined an elite group of artists and songwriters to have won an Emmy, a Grammy, an Oscar and a Tony award.

He picked up a producer trophy at the Emmys on Sunday night for his work on a live televised performance of Jesus Christ Superstar, broadcast in April.

The show's creators Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice also became EGOTs at the ceremony.

Writing on Instagram, Legend said: "Before tonight, only 12 people had won an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony in competitive categories.

"Sirs Andrew Lloyd Webber, Tim Rice and I joined that group when we won an Emmy for our production of their legendary show Jesus Christ Superstar.

"So happy to be part of this team. So honoured they trusted me to play Jesus Christ. So amazed to be in such rarefied air.#EGOT, external."

Legend's wife, model and presenter Chrissy Teigen retweeted the picture above with the caption "EGOT GOATS". (That means Greatest Of All Time)

Singer Miguel tweeted: "Thank you for continuing to inspiring [sic] us my brother," while director Ava DuVerney tweeted "Glory!".

Musicians across the world have expressed sadness and paid tribute to the US rapper, who was found dead at his California home on Friday aged 26.

"It's so heartbreaking," singer Ed Sheeran wrote on Instagram, describing the rapper as "such a sweetheart".

Snoop Dogg, Chance the Rapper and Missy Elliott have also shared messages.

Miller, whose real name was Malcolm James McCormick, was often open about his substance abuse and reportedly died from a suspected overdose.

"I'm so saddened to hear about Mac Miller, such a kind spirit," wrote fellow rapper Missy Elliott, adding that she was sending "prayers for strength" to his family.

Speaking on stage at his show, external in Chicago on Saturday night, Childish Gambino broke off his set to say: "He was so nice. He was the sweetest guy.

"And we were both internet music kids, and a lot of critics were like 'This corny-ass white dude, this corny-ass black dude,' and we used to talk.

"And this kid, he just loved music."

He went on to dedicate his performance of Riot to Miller, saying, "I just wanna say, 'I love you, Mac'.'"

Sir Elton John also dedicated a song to Miller at his own show in Pennsylvania, saying: "It’s inconceivable that someone so young, and with so much talent, could do that."

Kylie Minogue (above) and Jason Donovan have reunited performing Especially For You on stage in London.

Kylie, who was headlining Radio 2 Live in Hyde Park, teased the audience by starting the duet on her own, with a gospel choir singing her former Neighbours cast mate's lines.

After the second chorus she sighed, "I need a dance partner," at which point Donovan emerged from the wings.

He took Kylie in his arms, spinning her around the stage before joining her on the mic for the song's finale.

"He didn't know that was going to happen," laughed Kylie as the song ended.

Apparently Jase had cycled to the venue simply to watch the show, before he was swept onstage.

After a run of averagely reviewed recent records, the rapper takes no prisoners on his latest surprise album Kamikaze and it looks like Slim Shady will have the last laugh as it's gone and set a new UK chart record.

On Friday, he claimed his ninth consecutive chart-topping album in the UK, breaking a 36 year UK Official Chart record.

With eight, he previously shared the title with Abba and Led Zeppelin.

On hearing the news, Em apparently said: “Does this mean I get to call myself Sir Eminem?”

Solid gold.

The Official Charts Company called the feat "quite remarkable”.

Eminem's Kamikaze isn't without controversy though, particularly his use of a homophobic term in the lead track Fall, to describe fellow rapper Tyler the Creator.

It's lead some to question whether it's time for Slim to hang up his mic.
