The Essex Hockeyroos

Three hockey players from Chelmsford Ladies' XI took part in the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games. Two came home with a Bronze medal as part of the England Women's Hockey team.

In March three Chelmsford Ladies' XI Hockey players, Chloe Rogers, Lisa Wooding, and Patrina 'Pixie' Baithwaite competed in the 2006 Commonwealth Games.

Chloe and Lisa won a Bronze with the England squad, whilst Pixie played for Barbados.

BBC Essex's Oliver Rogers takes a look at the careers of the three players and their time in Australia.
