(A hopeless time of year to have a birthday - everyone's too skint and hungover to party, and how many times have I heard "I thought this present could be for Christmas AND birthday"?) Star Sign: Well, I'm not really a great believer in astrological jiggery-pokery. Can't quite accept that I share my fortunes and personality with a twelfth of the population. Are we not unique? (Go on, say it! - "That is SO Capricorn!") Hobbies: I love tennis and used to be a reasonable player until I developed the trappings of age (mentally and bodily). Walking in the wilds of the countryside and coast is a great soul-feeder, and I like to ratte a few pots and pans while slaving over a hot stove. I play a few musical instruments and have been in a few bands over the years. Oh, and I do the odd bit of sea fishing in Cornwall when I can - a strange habit for a girl, perhaps, but then I am strange!
