The man behind Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly, 21 year old troubadour Sam Duckworth, produced a fantastic show at the Barfly. He appeared with a full band which included saxophone, trumpet, drums and a DJ. There's also some fantastic beatboxing from the world renowned Killa Kela. The crowd, including Patsy Kensit, loved every minute.

sam has been amazing for ages. he use to tour on the megabus and we played some gigs with him where 15 people turned up. he deserves this more than any musician i've ever known of.

Just heard Vernon play part of his set on the radio. Thought it was really good. I really like the trip hop sound - thought it was in the same vein as Four Tet: a similar sound.
