Alice’s credits include appearances in Star Trek, The Line of Beauty and Chariots of Fire.
South African born Alice studied drama in England, and got her first break with a role in Academy Award winning film Chariots of Fire. Around this time she performed as a member of the Royal Shakespeare Company for two seasons.
One of the roles she's most remembered for is the Borg Queen in Star Trek: First Contact, for which she won a Saturn Award. Since then she's appeared in several other sci-fi/cult parts, such as Lady Jessica Atreides in the Sci-Fi Channel's Children of Dune mini-series, Karen Abercromby in dragon doomsday film Reign of Fire, and Maddie in cuss-filled wild west show Deadwood. She is also in the videogame-based film Silent Hill.
Away from sci-fi, she played Rachel Fedden in 2006’s The Line of Beauty and Lady Russell in 2007’s Persuasion.
