Constable William 'Billy' Jackson

Billy loves his city and wants to make it a better place. There's nothing worthy about it, he just wants the place he grew up in to be the place he always wished it was.

Billy tries to stick to the letter of the law if he can. Although sometimes he finds the law doesn't deliver the natural justice he feels instinctively.
