OK so the floats are missed, but thats no reason why people can't get off their botts and join in, after all look at the fab walking entrants in the Notting Hill Carnival!!Very poorly supported

I am sorry to say that this was the worst ever. I won this carnival in 1977 and it was an amazing event full of floats and thousands of onlookers. This was the quickest, poorest effort of a carnival and I shall not bother again. What a shame it has reduced to this.

Disappointed with Carnival this year, seemed very few entries and no competition as no judging done!!
