It just goes to show how greedy people are in this day and age, this cost more than the average house in Dorset. Are the furnishings included or is that extra money the vendor can squeeze out of the purchaser? Makes me feel sick

I think the point to make is that these 'huts' have year round living. Most in other places don't even have overnight permission to sleep but these you can live in 365 days a year, so are more like houses and who wouldn't want a house by the beach! Good luck to them and I'm sure they'll get the money.

just got back from west bexington love going to my grandparent's chalet, I when with my grandparent most 20 year olds go on 18 30 holiday but I love west bexington

An exceptional location - location! location! location! And buyers demand...probably worth the asking price. I do remember seeing some brand new built log cabins last year built high on a cliff top with 3 beds at a lower price!

i think they should be given to an old peoples home for afternoon tea on the beach by the residents. its a chronic amount of money and the proceeds should be given to a deserving cause.

my gradparants have been going to that hunt since 1940 if i had the money id buy it. well worth it just for the memorys i shared myself there as a child.

As long as the people buying this hut don't feel they own the beach all to themselves they are more than welcome to waste their money! I will be sticking to a towel, bucket and spade!
