After more than three weeks walking around Devon's boundaries, BBC Radio Devon reporter Jo Bishop is finally reaching the end of her charity marathon.

In the fourth and final week, she's walking from Torcross to the Tamar Bridge, via the South West Coast Path in the South Hams and Plymouth - where the walk began on 30th August 2003.

We met up with her for the six mile stretch of the coast path between East Prawle and Salcombe.

This section took three hours, and included Devon's most southerly point - Prawle Point. It was a very windy day (and at times it was very wet, too!), which made the challenging walk even more so.

Jo, who is doing the walk with her dog Bella and with back up support from her father, is raising thousands of pounds for the Chestnut Appeal.

The appeal is raising money for a unit at Derriford Hospital in Plymouth to treat patients with prostate cancer.

The BBC Radio Devon Chestnut Appeal has already raised over £200,000. The target is £1 million.
