Idlecrash was formed back in 1999 when three brothers started jamming with a singer. Soon the band was gigging and the rest, as they say, is history. Who's who?
The Kent brothers; Chris on bass, Jon on drums and James on guitar and backing vocals and our lead vocalist is Dave Orchard
What about your music? Can you sum it up in three words?
Guitar driven rock.

What's the name if the track you've chosen to demo?
Palace. It was the first song Idlecrash wrote together, we like to think of it as a powerful love ballad.  | | Idlecrash |
What do you reckon to the current music scene?
It needs to improve! There's too much pop and rap music around and not enough rock.
If you were throwing a dinner party which three guests would you invite and why?

McBain - from the Simpsons. He's very funny!
Eddie Van Halen - to jam with.
Tell us about your most memorable gig...
The Brixton Telegraph, London. Drove all the way there from Devon, performed and then drove all the way back, all in one day. Really good crowd reaction to our set.

Van Halen, Steve Vai, Frank Zappa, Aerosmith, Guns and Roses.....
What do you love and loathe about living in Devon?
We love the good weather and how relaxed it is here and loathe the poor music scene. It's so hard to get noticed.
