Lauren Lauren's 22 and works the bar at Scream and The Friary. She's just finished a degree in psychology at Northampton and wants to travel before she settles down into a job. She's off to Oz in 2004 and wants to learn how to mix a few cocktails before she heads off. No fancy mixes for this one though, she prefers a Southern Comfort and lemonade.
