So... we laid down the challenge and asked BBC Radio Derby's presenters to "do one thing" for wildlife as part of Springwatch 2007.

And, they came up with a varied collection of ideas: Shane O'Connor is going to get cooking; Devon Daley is going to sow his seeds; Alex Trelinski's going to get up at the crack of dawn; for Ross Fletcher it's tales of the Riverbank and it sounds like Aleena Naylor is going to give her fella the push!
