Margaret is a school cook. She has just returned from a meeting about school dinners and is furious. She can't believe that school dinners could soon be disappearing and points out that for a lot of children the school dinner is the only proper meal they have each day.

Margaret has 42 sheep, they all have names and anyone who mentions taking them to market will be frog marched out of the house. She also has nine horses, three kids and a husband who's in the Merchant Navy. Born and raised in South Africa she has fond memories of her childhood in warmer climes.
